Load board operations
Amazon Relay load board how carriers find and book freight day to day.
The Relay load board is where posted Amazon freight appears. Dispatchers search, refresh, and book under tight time pressure. This guide covers how the board works in practice, not just what Relay is.

How the load board works
On relay.amazon.com you set search filters (lanes, equipment, payout, and related rules), then review posted loads. Each listing typically shows payout, miles, stops, pickup windows, and lane details.
Freight posts throughout the day. Competitive loads can disappear within seconds, so the board is as much about timing as it is about filters.
Search and posted freight
Most teams run one or more saved searches and watch peak posting windows. You refresh the results, scan for fits, and book before another carrier takes the load.
If SwiftRelay shows “Waiting for loadboard,” open your regional Relay site and sign in. The extension attaches to the active board tab once Relay is loaded.
- US: relay.amazon.com
- Canada: relay.amazon.ca
- Europe: relay.amazon.co.uk, relay.amazon.de, and other regional hosts
Why refresh speed matters
Manual reload cannot keep pace when good freight posts and books in seconds. An auto refresher keeps listings current so you see new loads sooner. Pair refresh with payout and lane filters so you only chase freight that fits your network.
When you are ready to book without clicking every match, step up to an auto booker on Pro or Enterprise.
Using SwiftRelay on the board
SwiftRelay sits on top of the official board. You still use your Amazon credentials and follow Relay terms. Lite covers refresh and highlights; Pro and Enterprise can auto-book matching loads.
